Alpha Male Program

Breaking cycles. Building futures.

Alpha Male exists to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline by unlocking the potential of young Black boys through transformative mentorship and community-rooted leadership.

In partnership with Pazzaz Incorporated, the program operates at Fulton K8 Elementary and Morse High School, connecting students with powerful male role models from underrepresented backgrounds—leaders who reflect the strength, resilience, and brilliance these boys carry within.

Through consistent, purpose-driven relationships, students are empowered to achieve academic success, develop community consciousness, and embrace their roles as changemakers and advocates for ALL.

This is more than mentorship.
It’s leadership in motion.
It’s legacy in progress.
It’s a future redefined.
