Alpha Mentoring of San Diego exists to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline by unlocking the potential of underrepresented and/or at-risk youth through transformative mentorship and community-rooted leadership.

The program operates at Roosevelt Middle School and El Camino High School, connecting students with powerful male role models from underrepresented backgrounds—leaders who reflect the strength, resilience, and brilliance these boys carry within.

Through consistent, purpose-driven relationships, students are empowered to achieve academic success, develop community consciousness, and embrace their roles as changemakers and advocates for ALL.
